Kapalau is a remote and spectacular island on the east coast of Australia.
It’s home to the Australian Antarctic Division’s McMurdo Station, which is the only station on the island.
The station houses a fleet of four unmanned submarines and is home to a world-class ocean research facility.
Kapurua is also home to many of the world’s largest cruise ships and can be visited by many Australians, including the Prime Minister, who is based here.
The new Kapalu villas is located on the Kapaluan Peninsula, and it will offer residents a spectacular, relaxing view over this gorgeous island.
Kapu, which translates to “the beach” in Hawaiian, means “beautiful place” in English.
The villas will cost $4.4 million to $6 million, depending on the location and the type of accommodation.
Kapua will offer a total of 12 villas, and the prices will include a pool, spa, bar and restaurant, with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury resort.
We’re sure you’ll be impressed.
