Residences for the wealthy and famous in the Polish city of Jolanda have gone on sale for the first time in the country’s history, according to a listing on the Polish-language website of the Polish Embassy in the US.
The listing on Luxury Polish, which was launched last year, is a joint venture between a Polish-based real estate company called Vilna-Jolanda LLC and the US-based company Rosa Villas LLC, which has been working on a project for the last several years to build luxury villas in the area.
The villas are part of a larger project, called “The Rosa Group,” to build over 1,000 luxury villa projects throughout Poland and abroad.
A villa can have a maximum of eight bedrooms and four bathrooms, according the listing.
The Polish Embassy did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Luxury Polish was created in 2015, according its website, to help Polish and international guests “discover and enjoy the country” through the “world-class hospitality” provided by Polish-American real estate companies and the “international brand of hospitality” that it brings.
The listing does not say whether the villas would be located in the capital, Warsaw, or would be privately owned, which is common for most of the listings.
The project is part of the “Rosa Group” initiative that has become a signature of Polish foreign policy.
The company has built several projects in the United States and Europe.
