The Villa Roma is a four-bedroom home located at 8800 W. Broadway Blvd.
in Brochton Canyon.

The house has been featured in Condé Nast Traveler and is a must-see for anyone visiting Utah, said Bill Henson, a senior vice president of marketing at Marriott Hotels.
The property is located near the popular brockton ski resort, the Lake Tahoe Ski Area, and in the town of Brockington.
It is currently listed for sale at $2 million, according to real estate brokerage Apartment Therapy.
The villa is a two-story ranch home that includes a pool, two tennis courts, an outdoor living area, and an indoor waterpark.
