It has a total area of 1,800 square feet and is located at 461 West 54th Street.
The building has a maximum floor area limit of 1.3 million square feet, which is roughly the size of the current Westgate tower.
The VillastoS apartment building at Westgate is scheduled to open by the end “of the year.”
